Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
The Folliculer Unit Extraction (FUE), the last hair implant technique applied in the world and in Turkey, is a hair transplant technique that allows us to obtain natural results both when the hair is taken and when the hair is taken.
FUE is the process of transferring all the live hair roots taken from the hair region one by one to the hairless region as it is in the whole hair planting attempts.
Unlike the FUT method, Follicular units (grafts) are directly removed from deep root level by special punches, micro motors or hair transplantation robot, which is the latest technological innovation of today's hair transplantation. This method is known as "non-invasive".
In FUE, the donor does not use the scalpel, stitches do not get stuck and there is no visible trail in the area where the roots are taken, reassemble those who experience hairlessness without restraining their daily life without creating any complications.
While the extraction methods are different in FUE and FUT, the placement of roots in new places is completely the same.

Reasons for Foley Unit Extraction (FUE) Preference
After the operation of the hair plant, the person can easily cut and his / her hair very easily after the hair is removed. There is no scar in the area to be added and the area where the hair follicles are taken.
Fue method should be preferred in cases where it is desired to close areas with hairy spots in a small amount.
It is an appropriate method only for people with temporal open.
It is also applied to hair openings caused by burns.
Beard and mustache cultivation is also successfully applied.
It is a technique that should be preferred especially in eyebrow transplantation.
As a result of taking cuts from the hair follicles in the nape region, it is successfully applied in closing the scars successfully.
It is also successfully applied to people who do not have enough donor area in the neck area.
The FUE technique allows hair roots to be removed from the entire area of the hair, rather than just between the two ears.
Thanks to the FUE technique, the hair can be planted outside the hairy region by removing the bristles on the back, the leg and the chest.
FUE technique is preferred because young patients with very high skin elasticity tend to develop large scars.
FUE Steps:

STEP 1
It takes an average of 1 hour..
It begins with shaving the hair in the neck area first. Reason; For the hair roots to be taken individually by the hair-implanting robot or micro motor in the donor area, the hair is 0.3 mm is required.
Detection of regions where hair roots will be taken as chest, back, leg or nape region.
Anesthetizing the area where hair roots will be taken with drugs of local anesthetic (jetokain, citanes and marcaine)
STEP 2
It takes 3 hours on average..
The hair roots are the process of picking up the hair-planting robot individually with the micro-motor.
In the purchase phase of hair roots, 0.6 - 0.8 mm punches should be used at the end of the micro motor or hair plant robot.
Hair roots with 1 (graft) should be taken with 0.6 mm punches.
For the appearance of an undetermined planting that should be planted on the forehead hairline with the 1 hair roots taken.

STEP 3

Once the diameter of your hair roots and the depth calculations that hair roots should have are done, the lateral slit, specially prepared for your hair follicles, opens the nests (channels) where the hair follicles can be placed.
Channelling is the most important part of hair transplantation.
Why is the channel opening process so important?
- For hair follicles to be fed, microfibers (channels) to which hair follicles are to be inserted should be around the grafts to which they are transplanted.
- The micro-incisions in which the hair roots are to be placed should be opened in the direction of the existing hair before shedding.
- Calculate the diameter and length of the hair follicles taken from the donor area and adjust the diameter and length of the lateral slit used to open the duct. Custom channel openers should be used.
- The angles of the grafts to be added are determined by the experienced specialists by 45 degrees in front of the area where the front hairline is located and 45 degrees in the sides (golfers) at 45 degree angles, it needs to be opened. The operation depending on whether the patient's hair loss process is complete or not, or depending on the size of the area to be transplant.
